We are looking for a confident and persuasive Customer Representative to handle cold calling and outreach to potential clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making outbound calls, introducing our products/services, and generating leads or appointments.

* Make outbound cold calls to potential customers

* Introduce and explain company products/services

* Generate interest and set up follow-up calls or meetings

* Maintain a record of calls, responses, and outcomes

* Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

* Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
